于志龙,金沙威尼斯欢乐娱人城副教授,长期致力于食品贮藏与保鲜相关研究,已在农业及食品领域国际知名学术期刊发表SCI收录论文30余篇,论文的谷歌学者总引用量达1300余次,参与美国及加拿大的国家级、省级项目累计金额约500余万元;受邀担任美国食品科学技术学会(IFT)会刊《Journalof Food Science》编委、国际期刊《Evidence-based Complementary and Alternative Medicine》编委、《Materials》客座编辑、加拿大政府机构Alberta Innovate特邀项目评审专家、IFT年会特邀一级评审专家、西藏自治区科技计划项目“重点研发计划”评审专家;曾受国际食品科学技术联盟与国际食品科学院邀请参加“首届国际青年科学家研讨会”并做大会报告。
