王琳琳,博士,金沙威尼斯欢乐娱人城副研究员。主要从事食品微生物学、食品营养与健康等方面的研究工作。研究方向集中在肠道微生物与健康、功能性益生菌资源发掘、益生菌功能机制解析及益生菌产品开发。主攻益生菌对消化道疾病的影响及其相关机制的解析。主持“十四五”子课题1项,国家自然基金2项,江苏省自然科学基金,中博后,省博后科学基金等科研项目3项;参与自然基金国际项目及国家级项目各1项;获教育部高等学校科学技术进步奖二等奖等省部级奖励2项,申请国家发明专利16项,在国内外主流学术期刊上发表科技论文30余篇。参与《Lactic Acid Bacteria: Bioengineering and Industrial Applications》(Springer出版社)、《乳酸菌科学与技术》(科学出版社)的编写工作。
